Dan Amir, Founder & Managing Director


Mr. Amir has more than 17 years in the software business as an entrepreneur, investment banker and operator of technology companies. Prior to co-founding Peroon, Mr. Amir founded and acted as CEO of Global Equity Ltd. a leading Israeli investment banking firm specializing in early stage software companies. As CEO of Global Equity Ltd. he oversaw the investment of approximately $40 million in equity and debt over a 2-year period.

Mr. Pesach, has more than 7 years in software development representing extensive experience in research and development in mobile system and applications programming, server side development and more : Prior to Peroon Mr. Pesach served as head of Symbian team at Comverse Ltd. Mr. Pesach graduated from Bar Ilan university in Computer Science and Statistics .

Yifat Koyfman, HR Manager.


Ms. Koyfman has extensive experience in human resources management in leading technology companies. Prior to joining Peroon, Ms. Koyfman worked as HR Manager at Albatornics Ltd, and as Recruitment Manager at Envara Ltd and Xchain Ltd. Ms.Koyfman holds an MBA from the College of Management and a BA degree from Bar Ilan University.

Ronen Kalmanson, Chairman


Mr. Kalmanson is the former Director of Private Equity & Alternative Investments Group at CMS Companies, a US financial services firm managing more than $2.5 billion in client assets. Ronen specialized in investing and assisting growth companies in strategic and financial planning and M&A. He holds an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, with distinction. He also holds a BA in Economics and Management from Tel Aviv University with distinction.
