Peroon’s porting suite is now extended to support UIQ, Nokia Series 80 and
Nokia Series 90 platforms.
Or-Yehuda, Israel – June 3, 2004 – Peroon R&D Ltd., a leading provider of
mobile multi-platform technologies announced today the extension of its
porting technology to support Nokia Series 80 and Nokia Series 90 platforms.
Peroon enables Nokia Series 80, Series 90 and UIQ based devices to natively
support/run the large number of existing and future C++ S60 applications.
Peroon’s technology is the first porting solution allowing developers to use
single Nokia S60 C++ source code across Series 60, S80, S90 and UIQ devices.
It enables Nokia Series 60 C++ applications to be built as native S80/S90/UIQ
applications using the standard S80/90/UIQ build procedure.
By utilizing Peroon’s porting technology, a Nokia Series 60 C++ application
can support any UIQ and Nokia Series 80/90 devices such as SE P900/800,
Motorola A920/925, Nokia 9210/9500 and Nokia 7700.
Peroon is committed to continuously support newly released Symbian platforms.
